Carmen Brokers Assists with the following:
- A Risk Assessment is done by way of a ‘Needs Analysis’ at inception with further risk assessment with the addition, amendment, or cancellation of a policy.
- Providing of ongoing Advice on your short-term personal and commercial policy is our core function.
- With the Annual Renewal the policy is reviewed and the client again receives a detailed explanation of the cover in place with further guidance and recommendations. Any unreasonable premium increases are also negotiated with insurers on a client’s behalf.
- Commercial clients are visited on occasion or when the circumstances require. Risk assessment is carried out on site and any recommendations are conveyed to the client.
- Cross border letters are obtained for clients exiting the country with the insured vehicles
