- •At quote stage, we conduct a Needs Analysis, request multiple quotations according to your needs, compare them once received and send our recommendation to you.
- •We assist in accepting the policy and arranging the necessary debit orders.
- •In the event of an unpaid, we inform you and arrange payment of the premium.
- •At policy renewal stage, we review your policy, communicate the relevant changes, and amend the necessary. We'll obtain alternative quotations depending on the circumstances.
- •We guide and assist you in the event of a claim, from registration, to assessment, to authorization and repair/replacement/payout. You are not alone.
- •Corrective action… Frequently seen after submitting a claim. We review the proposed changes, communicate them, and proactively manage them, according to the policy's loss ratio.
- •Cross border letters/confirmation of covers/no-claim letters/premium statements/claims history, etcetera, we've got your back.
- •Unfortunately, some policies may be cancelled once their life cycle has been completed. Just like the first day, we'll gladly be of assistance to you, advise and guide you through the process.
